The primary difference is the level of education required. To become a kinesiologist, you must obtain a 4 year Bachelor Degree from an accredited University and register provincially before you’re able to provide kinesiology services. Personal trainers are not required to have health degrees and education is a lot more varied – the minimum requirement to practice as a personal trainer is the completion of an online course and exam.

You will need at least a 6′ x 6′ space. Your kinesiologist will supply all necessary equipment. 

We know you’re busy, that’s why we make it easy by coming to you! You can expect your Kinesiologist to be in and out of your home in about an hour.

The first meeting with your Kinesiologist is your assessment. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your current health and lifestyle goals. We complete a thorough verbal & physical assessment in order to build your well-rounded personalized program; this includes giving you a brief outline of what your customized program will look like. We will go over the services and price ranges we offer and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We assist our clients in creating long-lasting positive lifestyle changes. We train for functionality, and our methods are unique to each individual client. All services are provided in the comfort of your own home. 

Yes, we offer KT taping. Tape jobs are great for reducing swelling and joint pain, improving circulation, assisting recovery by speeding up healing time, stabilizing joints, and can help to relieve pain caused by several conditions including headaches and pinched nerves.
